Terms
Terms of use
By using this site or calling our number, you agree to these terms. They explain how calls are handled, who is responsible for remodeling work, and how to treat the information published here.
Who does the work
This site publishes kitchen remodeling information and a phone number. Calls may be routed to independent contractors and providers. We do not perform, supervise, inspect or warrant any remodeling work, and nothing on this site is an offer to perform construction work. We do not employ the people you may speak with. They are independent businesses and are solely responsible for their quotes, contracts, workmanship and conduct. We are not a party to any agreement you make with them.
Your responsibility
It is your responsibility to verify that any contractor you hire holds the license, registration and insurance required for the work. We do not check these for you, and a call is not an endorsement or a recommendation of any business. Get more than one quote if you wish, and read any contract before you sign.
Calls and payment
We do not charge homeowners for using this site or calling this number, and you have no obligation to hire anyone. Your carrier's ordinary calling rates may apply. Calls may be recorded. We may be paid when a call connects, by the business that receives it or by a call network. Prices for remodeling work are set by the business you hire.
Service area
This number currently takes calls for zip codes 68845, 68847, 68848 and 68849 in Kearney, Nebraska. We cannot promise that a contractor will be available for any given call, date or project. Whether an estimate is free, and what it covers, is up to the business you speak with.
Information on this site
Our cost figures, permit notes and building advice are general information. They are not quotes, and they are not legal, engineering or financial advice. Rules and prices change, so confirm anything that matters with the City of Kearney, a qualified professional or the contractor you hire. Estimates produced by the budget tool are rough planning figures only, and they are not offers or contracts.
Images
Images on this site are general kitchen style ideas. They are not photographs of work by anyone you may speak with, and any persons depicted are not contractors reached through this site.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from a call, or from any work or dealings with a contractor.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
